Philadelphia is a very diverse city with tons of fun. Below are photos from the annual festival held in the Northern Liberties area of the city. Each year artist come to sell their work on the sidewalks. There is food from different countries and everyone is welcome. This is a free event where no one can be called a stranger as you will see from the faces of the many in attendance.

This couple was the  first of many to call me over to talk. They wanted me to chose which one of them pronounced "Water" correctly.

Dear Theresa,

I love these photos of the folks in Philly ~ they delightfully capture the people and their circumstances. Well composed and cropped. You have a gift dear lady.
Don't ever stop. Good for you, Fred
